Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Brrim websites and services unless a separate written agreement applies. By using the service, you represent authority to act for the applicable organization.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

You must protect credentials, use appropriate access controls, and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, consent, and rights associated with data, messages, recordings, campaigns, knowledge, and integrations supplied to Brrim.

AI features

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must configure appropriate knowledge, guardrails, approvals, and human review, especially for pricing, eligibility, safety, health, legal, credit, employment, or other high-impact matters.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law, send prohibited communications, bypass consent, harm people, access another tenant, introduce malicious code, interfere with service, or reverse engineer protected components except where law permits.

Providers, suspension, and contact

Third-party services have separate terms and availability. Brrim may suspend access to prevent material security, legal, abuse, non-payment, or operational harm. Legal questions: legal@brrim.com.
