We may collect contact, account, business, communication, usage, security, billing-metadata, and integration information. Payment card and bank details are handled by approved providers and are not intended to be stored by Brrim.

We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; operate customer workflows; respond to requests; improve reliability; prevent abuse; meet legal obligations; and communicate where permitted.

Business-customer data and AI

Business customers generally determine how their customer information is processed. Brrim may use model providers and retrieval systems to generate configured responses, summaries, classifications, or actions under customer-controlled knowledge, tools, and approvals.

Sharing, retention, and rights

We may use contracted infrastructure, communication, payment, analytics, support, security, and model providers. Information is retained as needed for service, contracts, law, disputes, and security. Depending on location and relationship, people may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, opt-out, or a copy at privacy@brrim.com.
